• A 50% Retainer Fee is compulsory for date booking. Without a deposit, the date still will be available for other potential clients.

• If a client cannot attend the session they booked and has not rescheduled a month in advance, the deposit will not be returned to the client as a damage penalty to the photographer/videographer. 

• Hourly extra charges based on crew's manhour as RM100/hour per person.

• Same Day Edit for video is applicable upon request with charges of RM300 (video highlight) and RM150 (video slideshow).

• Fees are not refundable under any circumstances. Services shall be paid in full for further processing to accomplish.

• Underutilize fees (cancelation or change of order) shall be converted to vouchers for any of our services.

• The outstanding balance is due within 1 month after the wedding date. Editing will commence after the balance is fully settled.

• Quality editing would require time to accomplish. Photo editing shall be done within 21-42 days depending on the peak season of weddings. Video editing requires a minimum of 3 months to complete as it requires a more sophisticated process and could take more or less depending on circumstances. Duration could change based on current engagement by the photographer/videographer on ongoing events that need to be prioritized (time-sensitive).

• Photographers/videographers reserve the right to use photos & and videos for promotional purposes.

• Photographer/videographer takes the utmost care in the services offered. However, if for any reason, including mechanical failure, human error, or even negligence by the photographer/videographer, the final product fails to fulfill the contract agreement, liability to the maximum will be refunded of the deposited retainer fee only. 

• Outstation surcharge not included in the packages. Fees will be based on RM1/km for driving range and flight rates applied.

• Accommodation will be provided by the client if required.

• Non-land transportation, air tickets & and accommodation are provided by the client.

• By reading this agreement with the following payment, you are agreeing with the Terms & Conditions.
