TERMS & CONDITION

50% Deposit is compulsory to for date booking. Without deposit, the date still will be available for other potential clients.

In event that a client cannot attend the session they booked and they have not rescheduled 5 month in advance, the deposit will not be returned to the client as a damage penalty to the photographers / videographer.

Quality editing would require time to accomplish.

Photographer / videographer reserve the right to use photo & video for promotional purposes.

Photographer / videographer takes the utmost care in the services offered. However, if for any reason, including mechanical failure, human error, or even by negligence by the photographer / videographer, the final product fails to fulfill the contract agreement, liability to maximum will be refund of the deposit only.

Outstation surcharge not included in the packages. Fees will be around RM150-300 outside Kota Kinabalu District, RM450 Kudat, Sandakan, Lahad Datu, Tawau, Peninsular Malaysia, etc.

Non-land transportation, air tickets & accommodation is provided by the client.
