• 50% Deposit is compulsory to for date booking. Without deposit, the date still will be available for other potential clients.

• In event that a client cannot attend the session they booked and they have not rescheduled 5 month in advance, the deposit will not be returned to the client as a damage penalty to the photographers / videographer. 

• Quality editing would require time to accomplish.

• Photographer / videographer reserve the right to use photo & video for promotional purposes.

• Photographer / videographer takes the utmost care in the services offered. However, if for any reason, including mechanical failure, human error, or even by negligence by the photographer /  videographer, the final product fails to fulfill the contract agreement, liability to maximum will be refund of the deposit only. 

• Outstation surcharge not included in the packages. Fees will be around RM150-300 outside Kota Kinabalu District, RM450 Kudat, Sandakan, Lahad Datu, Tawau, Peninsular Malaysia, etc.

• Non-land transportation, air tickets & accommodation is provided by the client.

• By reading this agreement with the following payment, you are agreeing with the Terms & Condition.
